he 9502S‑16B screw caps are a custom‑manufactured version of our standard autosampler vial caps, produced specifically with beige silicone rubber instead of conventional white or clear silicone. Aside from the silicone formulation and color, these caps are functionally equivalent to standard 9‑425 bonded septa caps.
The beige silicone rubber / white PTFE septa combination may be selected for method‑specific requirements, visual differentiation, material preference, or compatibility evaluations where a particular silicone formulation is required. The PTFE facing maintains chemical inertness and protects the sample from direct silicone contact.
These caps feature bonded septa construction, securely anchoring the septa within the polypropylene cap body to help prevent septa movement, dislodgement, or plunge during injection. The knurled polypropylene design provides secure handling and consistent sealing across autosampler platforms.
